January 2009: Bondini and Rafiki
We now have our own building for the Bondini
project - feeding and providing nursery school for the children of
street kids. The Rafiki Club is now up and running, helping young HIV+
mothers, and work is underway to establish a feeding and nursery centre
similar to Bondini in the Somali refugee camp that has sprung up
outside Gilgil.

January 2008: New Building
The big news is that the new building is finally
finished, and the children have moved in on Monday (14th Jan.) The new
building has space for 50 children, and all sorts of 'luxuries' they
didn't have in the old building - like running water and indoor
toilets. A huge THANK YOU goes to everyone who helped make this
possible.
Red Light (Bondini) Project
From small beginnings a few months ago this has
blossomed into a major project, providing food, basic healthcare, and a
nursery school for the very young children of prostitutes in Bondeni
(the red light area of Gilgil). Hopefully we will be able to do enough
to prevent these toddlers from growing up as street children.
